Avem placerea de a va informa ca in perioada 1-4 februarie 2012, “HELEXPO”, Organizatia Elena a Targurilor Internationale, va organiza Targul Specializat International ”AGROTICA”, care reuneste in fiecare an expozanti cu masini si echipamente agricole.

“HELEXPO” invita persoanele interesate sa participe la acest targ, si prin initiativa “Hosted Buyers Program”, ofera posibilitatea de a suporta cheltuielile pentru doua nopti de cazare la Salonic si biletul de avion dus-intors (pentru o singura persoana din partea unei companii).

Hosted Buyers Program

The procedure to be followed before and after being qualified as hosted buyer :

• Companies that express their interest to participate in the hosted buyers program must fill in the relevant attached forms (Trade Visitor’s Requested Data & Formal Declaration).
• The Economic & Commercial Counselor of the Greek Embassy examines the Application Forms and sends to Helexpo -for further evaluation- those which are considered more suitable for each specific exhibition.
• Those applicants who qualify for a specific exhibition must register on-line by filling in the electronic form within the Helexpo web site. Meanwhile the Trade Visitors Department of Helexpo arranges the accommodation of the trade visitors in Greece and in special cases books air tickets with Olympic Air, the official air transport Company of Helexpo. Please be reminded that in case of unjustified non-show or cancellation of the trip ten days prior to the opening of the Fair, the relevant cancellation costs shall be charged on the trade visitor’s credit card.
• As soon as Helexpo receives the booking confirmation from the trade visitors themselves (hereinafter called hosted buyers), the Trade Visitors Dept. of Helexpo sends out an official invitation letter including all necessary information and details with regards to their visit, in order for them to issue their VISA (where applicable). Meanwhile the Helexpo staff informs all hosted buyers about their Hotel as well as their flight details (where applicable).
• One week before the opening of the Fair all exhibitors receive a list with the full contact data of the hosted buyers, in order for them to pre-arrange their meetings directly.
• The Trade Visitors Department welcomes all hosted buyers at the exhibition center and remains at their disposal throughout the whole duration of the Fair in order to assist them whenever requested. All hosted buyers must present themselves at one of the three main entrances of the Exhibition Centre, state their full name and receive their budge. After that they are expected on the mezzanine floor of pavilion 15, where the trade visitors department staff shall provide them with the exhibitors catalogue and any other piece of information or assistance they may require.
• Further to a written request by the Commercial Office of the Greek Embassy abroad, Helexpo may provide interpreters for those hosted buyers who do not speak English (the necessity shall be examined first).
• Finally, all hosted buyers shall be provided with an evaluation questionnaire which they have to fill in and return to the Trade Visitors department of Helexpo as soon as their meetings are over and before leaving the Fairgrounds. This is an ISO procedure which must be followed by all hosted buyers.
